Hethel Engineering Centre, the British Fluid Power Association (BFPA), Pangean Engineering, Proeon Systems and Ardagh Group are bringing the Primary Engineer Programme to Norfolk.

We are looking for additional companies to fund more schools in the Norwich area to do the Primary Engineer programme.

The cost for funding a school is £650

The funding will train two teachers per school, provide them with a starter set of tools and consumables to run the programme and give them access to teaching and learning resources via the Primary Engineer Virtusal Learning Environment (VLE).

The Primary Engineer Programme will enable teachers to deliver sustainable, whole-class, curriculum-mapped engineering projects, bringing the curriculum to life through engineering.  Teachers will be partnered with engineer from local supporting companies.

Hethel Engineering Centre will host the teacher training day in October and the competition/celebration event in July 2019.

Please contact Sally Harradence at Hethel Engineering Centre or Chris Rochester at Primary Engineer to fund a school.
