Our conferencing and meeting rooms are available Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm. If you require rooms outside of these times, please get in touch with us to discuss.
Our largest space at Hethel Engineering Centre, the Colin Chapman Room can accommodate up to 70 people, and is suitable for a wide range of uses.
The scale and shape of the space give the event organiser a good choice of layout options, from theatre style, to classroom, to boardroom, to cabaret style , making the Chapman Room a perfect choice for hire for a variety of events.
The Chapman Room also has it’s own dedicated refreshment area for teas and coffees so you’ll always have a drink to hand!

The Dyson Room is available to hire as a large training room or as a venue for larger meetings, seminars, board meetings, receptions and more. With room to accommodate up to 16 people seated and more in a reception environment with plenty of ceiling height giving you that light and open feel.
Accessed directly from the foyer at Hethel Engineering Centre, the Dyson Room can also provide an option as one of multiple breakout rooms available for larger events at Hethel Engineering Centre.
