Our units are customisable, and we invite tenants to make the changes they need in order to make it work for them!
Our workshops are all interior accessible through the centre and exterior accessible through rolling shutter doors with personal doors within them. These workshops also back onto either the service yard, allowing space for large deliveries, or into the main car park, in order to provide access to your unit.
Some of our workshops also include mezzanine floors, meaning it is possible to have a workshop on the ground floor with office space, or additional workshop space, situated above it.
Office spaces come in two arrangements, in our Phase 1 area of the building there are ground floor offices with suspended ceilings and trunking around the edge of the room. Phase 1 offices are 431sqft (40sqm).
In Phase 3 we have first floor offices available and sizes are available from 1091 – 1328sqft (101 – 123sqm).
All our offices contain access for phone / internet lines, and all of are built to BREEAM excellent standard.
If you’re not ready for a whole office, we also offer hot-desking facilities at Hethel.
If you don’t require a workshop or office space at Hethel, then our virtual tenancy packages could be perfect for you.
